my haier freezer was shipped without an internal drain plug. haier customer service refused to send me the missing drain plug until I provided proof of purchase, which I did not receive with the freezer, and have not been able to get from Amazon. . It has been over a month now and all Ive gotten is the run-around instead of the plug!C an someone help me ? Otherwise, freezer is working well– only defect is minor finish defect on freezer corner——AND THE MISSING INTERNAL DRAIN PLUG ! Call 843-524-7764 if you can help !

Love the freezer, but the condition it arrived in not so great. The first attempt 3 bottom corners were crushed and the front and right sides were buckled. The second attempt there were dents from the straps that secure the box lid to the box tray. The “shipping” box is very poor and does not really protect the freezer that well. Because I really needed this freezer I accepted delivery even though there was minor aesthetic dents. I would not buy this item from Amazon because it is delivered by UPS, which is not used to delivering larger freight items like this. It arrives via the standard brown truck usually with one driver to handle an item that even states on the box is a two person lift. Again, this is a great little freezer, but it looks as though the packaging was not designed for shipping. They must lose many freezers to damage.

We have used this for almost a year now. Works like a charm. Would have been 5 stars if it did not have a nice dent on the front corner of the unit. I think this has been noted in other reviews. Why can’t they figure out how to ship this thing with a litte more care?

Like others say, the packaging is totally incompetent. The unit got to me well dented, but works fine. This appears to be a general Amazon problem, as every oversized item I’ve ordered here has been beat up in transit.
That said, the unit works fine. I’ve owned other brands of the equivalent product and this seems about the same. The price is right, so it’s a good deal.
